Thanks for the support, Rebecca! I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the piece. Because most of the work I do is intellectually demanding, I have to be careful with how much caffeine I consume and at what times. For me, it’s all about trying to strike the right balance between being alert and focused on the one hand and being jittery or fatigued on the other. Fortunately, I find L-Theanine really helps to take the ‘edge’ off whenever I drink too much coffee or tea. I know some people who drink coffee after dinner and (apparently) have little trouble falling asleep — not me though! Cheers :)
